In Science: 

Daresbury Laboratory has access to several thousand of the leading computational scientists in the U.K. and can also tap into a network of over 10,000 particle physicists globally.

The laboratory also coordinates most of the UK’s input into worldwide high energy physics and particle physics, and its facilities provide a service to around 7,000 users in the fields of computer science and engineering.

With links to every research led university in the UK and many abroad, Daresbury SIC is perfectly placed to connect people and ideas on a global basis.

In Business:

Daresbury Laboratory, through its STFC Innovations Ltd, engages with an average of 10 new companies per week and has signed over 4,000 contracts in the last 12 years - a rate of more than one per working day.
