Sponsorship Package

Under a new initiative for 2008, Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus is providing an opportunity for companies to sponsor its monthly Business Breakfast Network events.  Regular attendees cite them as the embodiment of a successful networking event, held in an excellent venue, at a convenient location, with the right combination of length and style of presentation.

The Daresbury SIC breakfast networking events were set up to accelerate the development of young and growing hi-tech companies and regularly attract between 100-150 decision-makers from the science and innovation community in the region. This includes a wide range of high-tech companies in sectors such as Digital/ICT, Biomedical, Advanced Engineering, Energy and Environmental technologies.

These companies sit at the core of our network and are complemented by organisations that add real value to this community. Such organisations include the North West Regional Development Agency (NWDA), regional Universities, UKTI, Business Link, the Science & Technology Facilities Council (STFC), the investor community (both angels and funds) and representatives from the professional community.

As a BBN sponsor you will be promoted on the following documents/communication tools:

• BBN email invitation (logo and strap-line, eg. “event sponsored by xx”)
• BBN delegate list (logo and strap-line, eg. “event sponsored by xx”)
• Events page of the Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus website (this will include sponsors’ logo/s and a short paragraph containing a description of their business, with a link through to their company website)
• Exhibition panels (sponsors’ will be given the opportunity to display their exhibition panels/stand in the meeting venue during the event.  However, due to space restrictions this will be limited to a maximum of 2 x 1 panel pop-up stands per sponsor).

Sponsorship Periods

Organisations can sponsor the Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus (DSIC) Business Breakfast Network (BBN) Events (which are usually held on the last Friday of each month) in the following blocks:

• 3 consecutive months
• 6 consecutive months

Sponsorship Fees

The applicable fee/s for sponsoring the DSIC BBN events (in slots of 3 or 6 consecutive months) are:

• 3 consecutive months     £500.00 per sponsor
• 6 consecutive months     £900.00 per sponsor

Sponsorship fees will be invoiced (and payable) in advance, and sponsorship is subject to payment of all outstanding monies.
