The Daresbury Innovation

Vanguard House
Vanguard
House is a new 35,000 sq ft facility providing larger office
and laboratory accommodation to be completed in 2011.
It heralds the next stage of development of the Campus, and will
follow on from the hugely successful Daresbury Innovation
Centre.
Vanguard House is ideally located to provide the logical
next step for companies already on the Campus, whilst attracting
hi-tech businesses from across the country and beyond.
As well as offering high quality office, laboratory, meeting
room and reception facilities, the building will offer easy access
to the wider Campus and its R&D, conference, leisure and
catering facilities as well offering the business
support service provided by Daresbury SIC.
