Daresbury Innovation Centre

The Daresbury Innovation Centre opened for business in March 2005. This state-of-the-art building provides 24,000 sq ft of business creation, growth and acceleration space.  Facilities include first class laboratory and office space, specialist support for growing businesses, high-speed internet access, full access to a range of meeting rooms and a host of other business services.

Since its opening, over 60 companies have located in the innovation centre, which provides a variety of unit sizes from 136 sq ft to over 1,500 sq ft. For start-up businesses there is also an extensive multi-user facility (providing single desk space for young businesses) which can be leased at very competitive rates.

• A furnished central atrium which is ideal for informal meetings and networking events
• Facilities room with post collection and a range of equipment for printing, photocopying, laminating and binding

• An impressive multimedia presentation suite for up to 60 people
• Full operational support including security, cleaning, and catering
